  1. What is the orientation process and how do I start?

    The orientation process consist of completing our application, a reading and math test, an interest inventory assessment and a one on one interview with staff. You can start the application process by calling our offices for an orientation schedule.

  2. How do I qualify for your training programs?

    After completing the orientation process RTTC staff will review your application and assessments then determine if you qualify for the training program

  3. What do you expect of me during training?

    We expect all of our students to be highly motivated, participate and attend all classes regularly.

  4. What type of companies have you placed your graduates in?

    After successful completion various options are available to our graduates depending on which training program you completed. We have placed graduates with: SBC, Chiron, Applied Biosystems, Wells Fargo, Clorox, Kaiser, Cholestech, Washington Mutual, Safeway, Gilead Sciences, Gap, Macy's All of our placements were career-track positions

    We offer 12 months of case management and career development to guarantee your career growth.
